The location

Marrakech is one of the most picturesque locations to choose for your wedding. Firstly, it is situated at the crossroads between Europe and Africa. It makes it an exotic yet convenient location. Secondly, style oozes from every corner of this city; the striking Moorish styling on the tiles (Zelij), the intricate details on the magnificent doors and the sweet soft light caressing everything it touches. I fell in love with the place!

The images shown were taken in the hotel Les Deux Tours. This hotel is a haven from the hustle and bustle Marrakech. The Hotel Les Deux tour is situated right by a palm grove which allows you to add a touch of variety to your adventure without having to travel very far!

The couple

While I was in Morocco, I was lucky enough to participate in a styled wedding shoot. I got to photograph Al and Mark, a recently married couple from London. While they had fun trying different outfits, it was a wonderful opportunity for me to hang out with these lovely souls. In the meantime I also captured stunning images and honed my creativity. This Marrakech wedding styled shoot was a great way to acquire new skills that I can then use to produce even more creative wedding images.

The styling

We had a team of excellent suppliers styling the whole day, the ceremony location, the table the two lovebirds who went for different looks. The beekeeper bride, the modern boho palm grove look and last but not least, the relaxed desert style.

A breakfast table had also been laid out to give inspiration to the potential Marrakech newlyweds. Boasting with bold and bright colours the table’s styling fits perfectly with the sunny african environment.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer for your Marrakech love story, hola at me. It would be my pleasure to capture modern andcreative pictures for you.
